We increased the ranking for a sports betting client into the top 3 spots for highly competitive sports betting keywords.
The issue with any gambling or sports betting site is that the media is reluctant to link or quote the brand. Sometimes the media has a sponsored relationship with a sports betting organization and uses thier network of relationships when writing stories.
To overcome this barrier, we used unique data to tell a story that the media valued, but it would have been too much work for them to do themselves. We call this “doing the hard thing.”
